The Unopened is a work of fiction. Its story, boxes, and messages are for entertainment.
Purchases
Any in-app purchase is handled by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Purchases can be restored on your devices signed in with the same Apple Account.
Your progress
Progress is stored only on your device. We can't recover it if the app is deleted or the device is reset.
